FRONT AND REAR SUB-TABLE KIT

Rear Sub-table Installation
(see Figure 2 - Table 2 (page 4) for the rear sub-
table exploded view and the parts list)
1. Raise the rear of the UTV off the ground and
remove the rear wheels.
WA R N IN G
When the UTV is raised, make sure that it is
properly secured/supported to prevent it from
accidentally falling during the installation of the
tracks. If not properly secured/supported, serious
physical injury could occur.
2. Install the sub-tables on the rear a-arm following
these steps:
2.1. Position the sub-table (#4) below the lower rear
a-arm.
2.2. Install the rear tightening plate (#6) over the
rear lower a-arm and fasten it to the sub-tables
(#4) using
(2) 3/8" nc X 1-1/4"
and
nylock nuts (#13).

Do not inverse the right and left sides.

Rear Anti-rotation Installation
3. Assemble the rear anti-rotation assembly following

2.3. Apply anti-seize grease on the retaining
sleeves (#5) and insert them into the openings
intended of the sub-table (#4). Fasten onto the
lower rear a-arm using a
(#10) and a
nylock nut (#13).

2.4. Tighten all the bolts. Torque to 25 ft-lbs.

these steps:
3.1. Screw the
nut (#12) all the way in to the
5/8" nc
threaded part of the anti-rotation tube (#3).
3.2. Install the
50 mm O.D. X 17 mm I.D. X 3 mm
washer (#17) onto the threaded part of the anti-
rotation tube (#3).
3.3. Install the bushing spacer tube (#2) onto the
threaded part of the anti-rotation tube (#3).
