3. Intended use

This camera is intended for video monitoring and protecting secluded or critical areas (e.g. entrance areas, driveways,
underground car parks, stairways). The surveillance camera is only intended to be used with a stabilised direct current
of 12 V/DC. The product is designed for operation indoors and outdoors (IP66).
Please bear in mind that it is prohibited by law to observe strangers with this surveillance camera without their knowl-
edge and consent. Observe the rules and regulations of the country where you are using the surveillance camera.
This product complies with statutory national and European regulations. To ensure that the product remains in this state
and to guarantee safe operation, always follow the instructions in this manual.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the product for purposes
other than those described above may damage the components. In addition, improper use can cause hazards such
as a short circuit, fire or electric shock. Read the instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Only make this
product available to third parties together with its operating instructions.
