- Using a cross-head screwdriver, undo
the screw from the earthing cable and
carefully detach the electronics module in
its housing from the lower section of the
housing.
- Replace seal on the housing of the electron-
ics module (Fig. 15).
- Use a cross-head screwdriver to secure
the earthing cable to the lower section of
the housing.
- Fit new housing seal (Fig. 16).
- Carefully slide the electronics module with
its housing onto the lower section of the
housing.
- Reinstall the housing cover with sensor
module and tighten with an Allen key (max.
6 Nm).
- Attach the power connector and alarm
connector with seals to the corresponding
connection and secure with the screws
and seals (max. 1 Nm).
- Slowly open the shut-off valve at the con-
densate inlet and, if necessary, that of the
vent line to build up operating pressure in
the condensate drain.
- Check all connections for leaks.
- Press the TEST button to check valve
operation.

Suddenly escaping compressed
air.
There is a very considerable risk of personal
injury, when carrying out work on the
pressurised condensate drain. Suddenly
escaping compressed air might cause
serious injuries.
• Prior to any work, release all pressure
from the unit.
After disassembly, dispose of all parts cor-
responding to the operating instructions!
