is designed for use with a particular
type of rechargeable battery, there
is a risk of fire if it is used with other
rechargeable battery types.
b Only use the rechargeable
batteries intended for the power
tools. The use of other batteries

c Keep the unused battery away
from paper clips, coins, keys,
nails, screws or other small
metal objects that could cause
a bridging of contacts. A short
circuit between the rechargeable
battery contacts can lead to
burns or fire.

may leak from the battery. Avoid
all contact with this liquid. In
the event of accidental contact,
rinse with water. If liquid should
get into the eyes, you should
also get medical assistance.

8 Safety instructions for battery/
chargers
a Children should not play with
the device. Cleaning and user
maintenance may not be carried
out by children without
supervision.
b If the power cable of this charger
is damaged, it may only be
replaced by the manufacturer,
their customer service
department or a similarly qualified
person, in order to prevent risks.
c Do not use this charger to
charge batteries that are not
rechargeable.
d Place the charger with the
battery on a well ventilated area
during charging.
