Assembly of the pedals

The scope of delivery of the SQlab pedals basically consists of two pedals. For all pedals with a click system the corresponding Cleats
are included in delivery.
Read the user information for the crank and pedals carefully before assembly. If there are any questions, doubts or conflicting specifica­
tions, ask your SQlab dealer for advice before installation.
Warning
Incorrectly installed components pose a considerable risk:
• You must follow and understand the instructions and notes
in the operating manual before you start with the assem­
bly.
• If you have questions about the installation of these com­
ponents, contact your SQlab dealer or have your SQlab pe­
dals assembled by an experienced mechanic at your SQlab
dealer.
For the assembly of the pedals, in addition to assembly and me­
chanical basic knowledge, a 6 mm hex key and a corresponding
torque wrench is required. For the adjustment of the release force
a 3 mm hex key is needed. For mounting the Cleats you need a
4mm hex key.
Caution
For the equipment of an eMTB, e­bike and pedelec you need
to observe partly country­specific standards, rules and regu­
lations.

• The SQlab pedals have NO blanket approval for fast pe­
delecs (S­pedelecs, up to 45 km/h).
