Wir haben diesen Lenker mit höchsten Anforderungen hinsichtlich Ergonomie, Gewicht, Bauteilflexibilität, Optik und nicht zuletzt Haltbarkeit entwickelt. Die in dieser Benutzerinformation enthaltenen Hinweise zur Sicherheit, produktspezifische Informationen, Montagekompatibilität und zum Gebrauch sind sowohl für weniger Sachkundige, aber auch für langjährige Fahrradexperten gedacht.
- Page 6 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Die verschiedenen Modelle der SQlab Lenker sind je nach Modell für die unterschiedlichen Einsatzbereiche MTB Tour & Travel, Trekking und City Comfort entwickelt und in zahlreichen Tests entsprechend geprüft worden. Eine Überlastung und Schädigung des Lenkers wird durch die Beschaffenheit des befahrenen Untergrunds, dem Fahrkönnen, dem Fahrstil, dem Fahrergewicht bzw. des gesamten Systemgewichts und andere Sonderereignisse, wie Fahrfehler, Stürze und Unfälle beeinflusst.
- Page 7 • Im Zweifelsfall sollte das möglicherweise beschädigte Bauteil prophylaktisch ausgetauscht werden. Gehen Sie in einem solchen Fall lieber auf Nummer Sicher und Fragen Sie Ihren SQlab Fachhändler um Rat. Hinweis Zum Schutze Dritter sollte ein nicht sofort und offensichtlich als defekt erkennbares Bauteil eindeutig als unbrauchbar markiert werden.
- Page 8 Montage des Lenkers mit Lenkerhülse Die SQlab Lenker sind mit der SQlab Lenkerhülse Alu 31,8 mm auf 35.0 mm kompatibel. Mithilfe dieser speziellen Lenkerhülse können die SQlab Lenker in allen Aluminium Vorbauten mit einem Lenkerklemmdurchmesser von 35.0 mm in Kombination mit 2- und 4- Schraubenklemmungen montiert werden.
- Page 9 Aus Herstellersicht raten wir stets dazu, dass Lenker-Vorbau Kombination mit demselben Klemmdurchmesser verwendet werden. Hinweis Die Verwendung der SQlab Lenkerhülse Alu 31.8 mm auf 35.0 mm verringert die Haltbarkeit des Lenkers welcher in Verbindung mit dieser genutzt wird. Bei einem Klemmdurchmesser von 35.0 mm ist die Festigkeit geringer als bei einem Klemmdurchmesser von 31.8 mm.
- Page 10 Ausdrücklich erlaubt sind Innerbarends aus Kunststoff oder Kohlefaser, die zwischen Bremshebel und Griff montiert werden. Zum Beispiel die SQlab Innerbarends 410/402, 411 und 411 R Carbon. Nicht erlaubt sind Innerbarends mit einer Klemmung aus Aluminium. Kontrollieren Sie nach 20-50 km und danach mindestens 1/4-jährlich das Schraubenanzugsmoment der Klemmschrauben am Vorbau auf das oben genannte Drehmoment und ziehen Sie diese bei Bedarf nach.
- Page 11 Fahrzeughersteller bzw. der Systemanbieter einholen müssen, ist durch den Leitfaden klar geregelt und kann somit als Handlungsempfehlung eingestuft werden. Ein Tausch der SQlab Lenker mit der Auszeichnung eBike Ready ist auf Grundlage der Handlungsempfehlung „Leitfaden für den Bauteiletausch bei CE-gekennzeichneten E-Bikes/Pedelecs mit einer Tretunterstützung bis 25 km/h“ der Verbände Zweirad-Industrie- Verband (ZIV) und Verbund Service und Fahrrad (VSF) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Zedler-Institut und dem Bundesinnungsverband Fahrrad (BIV) möglich.

- Page 19 Intended Use The various models of SQlab handlebars have been developed depending on the model for the different areas of application MTB Tour & Travel, Trekking and City Comfort and have been tested accordingly in numerous tests. Overloading and damage to the handlebars is influenced by the nature of the ground traveled, the driving skill, the driving style, the rider's weight or the total system weight and other special events, such as driving errors, falls and accidents.

- Page 21 Mounting the Handlebar with Handlebar Sleeve The SQlab handlebars are compatible with the SQlab handlebar sleeve aluminum 31.8 mm to 35.0 mm. With the help of this special handlebar sleeve, the SQlab handlebars can be mounted in all aluminum stems with a handlebar clamp diameter of 35.0 mm in combination with 2- and 4-bolt clamps.

Slijtage en opslag Fietsen en hun onderdelen zijn onderhevig aan functiegerelateerde, meestal gebruiksafhankelijke slijtage, zoals slijtage aan banden, handvatten en remblokken.
