Assembly compatibility and operational safety

The saddles of the SQlab M-D Line have generally common round saddle rails with a diameter of 7 mm made of a metallic alloy. These
can be mounted on most standard seat posts with few restrictions.
The functional principle, the clamping forces and the quality of workmanship, especially
the contact surfaces and edges of the seat post can affect the durability of the saddle or
its saddle frame and possibly cause damage.
Therefore never mount your SQlab M-D Line saddle on unsuitable seat posts, but only on
seat posts that meet the criteria below:
The clamping of the struts must have a length "A" (or seat post
distance) of at least 32 mm. The minimum length "B" and "C"
of each individual clamping surface must be at least 7 mm.

Length "A" of the upper clamping jaw must be at least 32 mm
and positioned within the perhaps longer lower jaw "B".
OK

Even for seat posts with a clamping mechanism that is trans-
verse to the direction of travel, the clamping length "A" must
be at least 32 mm.
