Assembly of the cleats
The cleats are screwed into the corresponding thread in the designated area of your cycling shoes Fig. (f). Tighten the screws of the
cleats with 4 to 6 Nm, unless otherwise specified by the shoe manufacturer. For an ergonomically correct alignment of the cleats, please
contact one of our trained SQlab dealers. A correct alignment of the cleats holds enormous potential. A central, straight alignment is
rarely the best choice.

Warning
A loose cleat can prevent the shoe from clicking out of the pedal. In such a case the loose cleat can lead to loss of control. Expect una
voidable falls, injuries and paralysis or even death.
