Disposal of transport packaging
The packaging protects the machine from transit damage.
The packaging materials are generally selected to be green
and easy to dispose of and they can therefore be recycled.
Returning the packaging to the material resource system
saves raw materials and reduces the volume of waste.
Packaging parts (for example foils and polystyrene) may pose
a danger for children. There is a danger of asphyxiation!
Keep the packaging parts out of the reach of children and
dispose of them as soon as possible.
Transport and storage
The machine should be cleaned thoroughly before
placed in storage for a lengthy period.
Protect the auger from the effects of weather with a
plastic tarpaulin, cardboard or the like.
Safety information for operation
All safety and protective equipment must be installed
correctly and in position before the machine may be
switched on.
The auger must be able to turn freely.
Before you start the machine, ensure that the auger bit
is correctly engaged and that the moving parts of the
machine are not blocked.
Warning! If you are in any doubt: Ask for help
assembling the auger from a specialist at an authorised
service centre.
Do not use the machine until you have read the
operating manual carefully.
Note the safety information contained in the operating
manual.
Act responsibly towards other people.
