SMART DIAGNOSIS (SLIMME DIAGNOSE)
Als er een audiobericht wordt aangekondigd na Smart Diagnosis (slimme diagnose), raadpleegt u de volgende tabel om de juiste
acties te ondernemen.
Starting HOM-BOT smart diagnosis. Please step away and remove any
items within 1 meter, or about 3 feet.
HOM-BOT needs to be charging in order to activate smart diagnosis.
Please dock the HOM-BOT to the home station.
Starting HOM-BOT smart diagnosis. Reservation has been cancelled
for smart diagnosis. Please step away and remove any items within
1 meter, or about 3 feet.
No defect found during diagnosis.
Unable to initiate smart diagnosis due to a low battery. Please try
again after battery is charged.
Please check that the dust bin and fi lter are properly installed.
HOM-BOT will not charge due to infrared sensor error. Please try
smart diagnosis again after turning the main power switch on the
back of the HOM-BOT 'Off' then 'On' again. If the problem continues,
please contact LG Electronics customer care.
HOM-BOT will not charge due to ultrasonic sensor error.
HOM-BOT will not charge due to a problem with the cliff sensors on
bottom. Please wipe the sensors clean.
Please clean the camera sensor on bottom right side.
Please clean the obstacle detecting sensor windows on the left and
right side of the HOM-BOT.
A problem has been found on the Gyro Sensor. Please try smart
diagnosis again after turning the main power switch on the back of
the HOM-BOT 'Off' then 'On' again. If the problem continues, please
contact LG Electronics customer care.
Please check for foreign material on the left wheel.

Audiobericht Maatregelen (als verwijzing)
Verwijder objecten binnen een straal van 1 m rond het oplaadstation,
en bewaar afstand totdat de diagnose is voltooid.
Verplaats de robotstofzuiger naar het oplaadstation om op te laden.
Probeer de Smart Diagnosis (slimme diagnose) nogmaals na het
opladen van de batterij.
Open de klep van de opvangbak en onderzoek de bak.
Voer de slimme diagnose opnieuw uit en als hetzelfde bericht wordt
afgespeeld, neemt u contact op met het servicecentrum van LG
Electronics.
Voer de slimme diagnose opnieuw uit en als hetzelfde bericht wordt

Reinig de drie hoogtesensoren aan de onderkant van de voorkant
van het apparaat.
Reinig de lens van de camerasensor rechtsonderaan.
Reinig de lens van de obstakelsensoren aan zowel de linker- als de
rechterkant.
Voer de slimme diagnose opnieuw uit en als hetzelfde bericht wordt
afgespeeld, neemt u contact op met het servicecentrum van LG
Electronics.
Controleer het linkerwiel op vreemde voorwerpen.
Controleer het rechterwiel op vreemde voorwerpen.
Voer de slimme diagnose opnieuw uit en als hetzelfde bericht wordt
afgespeeld, neemt u contact op met het servicecentrum van LG
Electronics.
Voer de slimme diagnose opnieuw uit en als hetzelfde bericht wordt
afgespeeld, neemt u contact op met het servicecentrum van LG

Controleer of er geen vreemde voorwerpen in de borstel vastzitten.

verwijderd.
Zet de hoofdstroomschakelaar OFF (uit) en vervolgens weer ON
(aan) om de diagnose te hervatten. Raak de robot NIET aan of
verstoor de werking ervan niet totdat de diagnose is voltooid.
Reinig de onderkant van de machine en de contactpunten op het
oplaadstation.
