Conditions for returns

It is important that you comply with the return policy so that we can process your order

quickly.

DANGER!

Information about sending pumps to Customer Service.

Note that our Customer Service department will accept delivery only of

parts and pumps that are clean, have been flushed with water and are free

from metering agents.

Always thoroughly clean all parts before returning parts and pumps.

Please also pack the returned goods in a suitable bag to prevent residual

moisture from leaking into the surrounding packaging.

Together with the returned pump, please include a copy of the product data

sheet for the metered chemical being used so that our service employees

can use the required PPE when working with the pump.

CAUTION!

Before returning devices and system components, they must be

completely cleaned of chemicals inside and outside!

Product-carrying lines and components must be flushed with sufficient

water to prevent the risk of injury to our personnel from chemical products.

To ensure acceptance of the return shipment, a declaration of no objection

must be completed in full and enclosed with the shipment. You can find the
