Personal protective equipment
DANGER!
Personal protective equipment, hereinafter referred to as PPE, is used to
protect personnel. The personnel who set up and install the pump must use
suitable PPE to protect against injury.
DANGER!
– The prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn
during all maintenance work. Pay particular attention to the product data
sheet for the dosing chemical being used.
– Always rinse the metering head and depressurise the pressure line
before carrying out any maintenance and repair work and before dosing
dangerous media.
NOTICE!
Damage caused by using incorrect tools!
Damage may occur as a result of using incorrect tools during assembly,
maintenance or troubleshooting. Only use the correct tools.

Remedy
Install OGM in accordance with
specified direction of flow#
Connection to PLC according to
specification
Reprogram OGM (PNP <> NPN)
Clean oval gears, if necessary fit a
fine filter upstream
Replace affected parts (if necessary
the complete OGM) – check
chemical compatibility BEFORE
entry into service
Check in the plug whether the
bridging device is present (continuity
test).
Increase flow rate
Use appropriate size of OGM
