The pump is partly clogged by impurities.

Remedy
Clean the pump.
Interchange two phases in the power supply to the
motor.
Re-establish proper operating conditions.
Repair the pump or contact an authorized workshop, if
necessary.
Pump down the liquid level in pit. Lift out the pump and
relocate the pump on the auto coupling.
Clean the inlet pipe.
Install the components correctly.
