GAS HEATING
Stainless steel burner with self-stabilising flame. Thermostat adjustable temperature 150÷300°C with safety valve and
thermocouple for automatic gas interruption in case of accidental pilot extinguishment.
Piezoelectric ignition of the oven's "Targhet" pilot.
1.6
FUNCTION OF THE VARIOUS COMPONENTS
- The burner indirectly heats the air in the oven.
- The nozzle determines the heating potential for each type of gas or pressure.
- The pilot burner turns on the main burner and heats the thermocouple, which produces mV at the coil of the gas thermostat.
- Thermocouple; if the point consisting of two materials is heated, it produces the necessary mV to magnetise the coil of the
security valve.
- The gas thermostat closes when the pilot burner does not have enough gas. The thermostat may be set a t a temperature of
175 - 300 °C.
- Piezoelectric switch.

WARNINGS:
If the unit is installed against a wall, the wall needs to withstand temperatures of 80°C and must be fireproof. Before
proceeding with the installation, remove the protective plastic film and eliminate any adhesive residues by means of a
suitable product for cleaning stainless steel. Install the oven horizontally, correct positioning is obtained by turning the
levelling feet. If the unit is installed on its own, it is advisable to secure it to make its stability safer.
