4. 1 CHANGEMENT INJECTEUR

– Fermer le robinet gaz.
– Remplacer l'injecteur (pos. 30) et le
joint (pos. 45) avec ceux qui sont
fournis dans le kit de transforma-
tion.
– Vérifier l'étanchéité en utilisant de
l'eau savonneuse ou des produits
spéciaux, en évitant de recourir à
des flammes nues.
– Coller l'étiquette indiquant le nou-
veau réglage du gaz.
– Procéder au réglage de l'air et du
gaz comme spécifié ci-dessous.
4.2 SOUPAPE GAZ (fig.23/a)
La chaudière est fabriquée de série
avec une soupape gaz modèle SIT 848
SIGMA.
4.2. 1 Calibrages de la vanne gaz
Mésurer le CO2 par l'aide d'un tester
adéquat (A).
Séquence des opérations:
1) Set the boiler in position "winter" (B)
and set the potentiometer of the
heating to the maximum (C), then
remove the Knob of the heating set
point by pulling it out.
2) Turn fully clockwise the trimmer B
(D) to light up the boiler at its maxi-
mum heat output.
3) Identify the CO2 values at max.
power to be within the values shown
on the table below, if necessary
adjust by using the shutter (5):

4) Turn fully anticlockwise the trimmer
B (D) to reach the boiler minimum
output.
5) Identify the CO2 values at minimum
power to be within the values shown
on the table below, if necessary
adjust by using the OFF-SET (6):

6) Turn fully clockwise the trimmer B
to recheck the CO2 values at the
maximum power to be within the
values shown on the table below.
