Assembly
Step 1 (Fig. 1)
Secure both supporting legs with the connection bar.
Step 2 (Fig. 2)
Install the switch on the rear side of the motor bracket.
In doing so, the emergency switch (not-Aus) must overlap
the bracket edge. (4x M4x55) + (4x U-washer 4 mm) (d)
Step 3 (Fig. 3)
Now insert the table extension (a) to corresponding holder
on the cradle table and fix with one of the black clamping
screws (b).
Step 4 (Fig. 4.1 + 4.2 + 4.3)
First assemble the space bar followed by secondary table
on the right hand side of the cradle table with bolts and
safety nuts included in the supply.
(Fig. 4.4) Mount the length stop (e) for the saw material
also on the cradle table and secure with the second black
clamping screw (f).
Step 5 (Fig. 5)
Mount both plastic holders (c) onto the cradle table (4
hexagonal head screws M6 x 8 mm)
Step 6 (Fig. 6)
Mount the limit bar with return spring.
Step 7 (Fig. 7)
Mount the protective metal sheet against splinters (h) on
the rocker table (2 cross-head bolts M6 x 8 mm) (i)
Attention!
Make sure before first commissioning and every further
use that the saw is properly assembled and that all bolts
are firmly tightened. Perform a couple of rotating motions
with the cradle table and make sure the saw blade does
not come in contact with any box part, and that the cradle
table may return back to default position autonomously
and without resistance.
Before commissioning
Commissioning of the machine is strictly prohibited
without prior reading of this operation manual and all
safety instructions! Contact experts if you are not
skilled in working with machines of this type.

Unpack the saw and check for transport damage.
This machine is designed for outdoor use only.

The machine must stand firmly on a balanced and
-
solid surface. Remove all waste from the floor around
the machine; the floor must neither have slipping nor
tripping hazard points.

All covers and safeguards must be mounted properly
and the rotary wheel must move freely.
-
Check the machine and the cables for transport
damage.
-
Check fixed location, contamination, damaged points
and sharpness of the rotary saw. Sharpen or replace
blunt rotary saws.

Check for proper tightening of all screw joints.
-
Check the filler with groove wear level and replace, if
necessary.
-
The feeding cradle must return automatically to its
original position.
-
Check for clogged foreign objects that could be
ejected from the machine.
