Electric power source must be protected by residual
current device against 30mA stray current.

Before connection of the machine please make sure
that data on the product type sheet complies with
characteristic of your power supply grid.
Attention: It is necessary that bystanders are
-
standing at sufficient distance from the machine!
It is forbidden to cut several pieces or a bundle of
-
wood at the same time - injury hazard!
-
Bent pieces of wood must be inserted in the feeding
cradle so that arched wall faces towards the rotary
saw.
-
The feeding cradle for the chopped materials is fitted
with counter-tips that prevent revolving of the material
being cut.
-
Make sure before pressing the switch that the rotary
saw is mounted properly and the moving parts of the
machine moves freely.
Operation
Cutting
Place the material to be cut to the feeding rocker.
Press green button to turn the saw on. Wait until full
revolutions are achieved.
Grip the cradle table's holders (c) with both hands
and slowly and equally guide to the saw blade (10).
The saw blade releases by slight rotation of the
cradle table.
Push in the cradle table only not to feel motor
revolutions drop.
Return the cradle table back to default position after
cutting is complete.
Remove cut material from the cradle table.
To turn the saw on again, press red button on the
switch.
Saw blade replacement (Fig. 8-11)
Caution: The saw blade may be very hot
right after cutting – danger of burning!
Let the saw blade cool down. Do not use
flammable liquids for cleaning of the saw blade.
Hazard of injury remains also when the saw blade
is stable. Always wear safety gloves when
replacing the saw blade.
Caution! Keep the direction of rotation of the
saw blade during assembly!
Step 1(Fig. 8) Loosen the cover bolts on outer saw blade
guard and remove the guard.
Step 2(Fig. 9) Put the hook key (g) so it holds the flange.
Step 3(Fig. 10) Use the hook key (g) to loosen the flange
nut counter-clockwise.
Step 4(Fig. 11) Remove the saw blade and install a new
one or sharpened one in reverse order.
Under any circumstances follow the direction of rotation
indicated by arrow on the saw blade!
Warranty
Warranty period is 12 months for commercial use, 24
months for domestic use, and commences on the day of
purchasing of the machine.
The warranty exclusively covers the defects that may be
derived from defects of material or manufacturing defects.
A proof of purchase with indicated date of sale must be
presented when submitting a warranty claim.
Excluded from the warranty is inexpert use, e.g. machine
overload, use of force, damage caused by external forces
and bodies, and not following the instructions for use,
assembly, and normal wear and tear.
Residual risks and protective measures
Direct electric contact
Defective cable or plug may result in life threatening
electric shock hazard.
Defective cables or plugs must always be replaced by a
qualified electrician. Use the machine on the connection
points with the residual current devices (RCD).
Indirect electric contact
Inadequate local illumination
Inadequate local illumination poses high safety risk.
Always ensure sufficient illumination when working with the
machine.
Emergency procedures
Administer first aid depending on personal injury and seek
qualified medical assistance immediately.
Protect injured person against further harm and keep
him/her rest.
For case of accidents, each workplace should have a
first aid box available according to DIN 13164. Material
used from the first aid box must be replenished as
soon as possible.
When calling emergency service, please give the
following information to operator:

Type of accident
3.
Number of injured persons
4.
Type of injury
Use of the machine according to intended use
The cradle saw for fuel wood is used for linear cutting of
the fuel wood of acceptable dimensions (see technical
data) in the feeding cradle that may be skewed towards
the rotary saw. This machine is intended for outdoor use
only and operation by one man. Other persons must keep
sufficient distance from the machine in operation.
The machine may be used in compliance with the
intended use only.
Any other use shall be regarded as use not compatible
with the intended use. The user/operator shall be liable for
any damage or injuries caused thereby and the
manufacturer shall be released from any liability. It is
permitted to use only the rotary saws suitable for this
machine (HM or CV). Use of HSS rotary saws and grinding
wheels of any type is prohibited. Operation of the machine
in compliance with its intended use is also compliance with
safety instructions, assembly manual and operation
instructions contained in the operation manual. Operators
and maintenance staff must be thoroughly informed about
the machine as well as all related risks. In addition, it is
necessary to accurately proceed in compliance with
applicable directives for accident prevention. Comply with
other generally applicable rules related to occupational
medicine and occupational health and safety.
Changes made to the machine release the manufacturer
from any liability for damage thereto.
Despite using of the machine in compliance with the
intended use, residual risks may not be totally excluded.
The following risks may occur due to the machine
structure:
