Soft Start

"Soft Start" mode is provided to start the pump after a protracted stop of the
TV903 Pumping System. This allows a better grease distribution in the berings.
The "Soft Start" mode is disabled by default.
To enable the "Soft Start" mode it must be activated by the suitable software or
Remote I/O command (see the paragraphs "INTERCONNECTIONS" and "RS
232/485 COMMUNICATION DESCRIPTION").
"Soft Start" frequency steps are as follow: 300 Hz, 400 Hz, 500 Hz, 600 Hz, 700
Hz and 800 Hz. The pump remains at each step for 300 sec and the minimum
ramp-up time in "soft Start" mode is 36 minutes.
