2.2 BARBACUE GRILL

2.3 REGISTRO DE LIMPIEZA.
Con el uso y el paso del tiempo se pueden crear depósitos de hollín en el
techo exterior del horno de cocción. Estos depósitos pueden obstruir el tiro
y provocar mal funcionamiento del aparato, por lo que se deben eliminar al
menos 2-3 veces al año (en función de uso). La limpieza se realiza mediante
un registro de limpieza que incorpora el aparato y que esta oculto bajo el
anagrama situado sobre la puerta del horno. Este anagrama se debe
destornillar y al quitarlo resultará un orificio por el que se puede acceder
para la limpieza.
2.3 CLEANING REGISTER
