Possible cause and remedy
Connect the power
using the included
power unit.
Battery is empty or not inserted prop-
erly. Please check that the battery has
been inserted the right way around.
Point the remote control at the device.

scan.
Antenna not fully
extracted. Change the radio's location
(e.g. near a window),
run another scan search.
Antenna not fully extended, pull the FM
antenna out to its
full length.
Change the location of the
radio.
