Operating Safety Instructions

Do not use the pump until you have read the manual.
Observe any safety instructions contained in the manual.
Be responsible to the others.
13.6 Step-by-Step Instructions
Connect the respective suction line with a back valve to the output connection. In addition, pack all the threaded connections with
Teflon tape.
Filling: Remove the bleed screw on the rear side of the pump and on the pressure line connection. Fill the unit with water until
water is running from the de-aeration hole.
Pack the bleed screw and screw it in again. Tighten the pressure line and connect it.
Plug the pump in.
Caution: Work carefully when connecting the suction and pressure line to the plastic body of the pump so that material does
not split.

Accessories

Float Switch S 10/2 (to be obtained as an accessory)
To be added on household water plants to prevent dry run.
Use for household water plants:
To be fitted on the pump suction hose .
Connection/Wiring and function agree with the use of
Submersible pumps.
Use the bleed screw to drain the pump.
Factory-adjusted switching pressure should be 3 – 4 bar after
completed filling process.
Preliminary pressure in the receiver (air) is 1,5 ± 0,3 bar and
shall be checked and adjusted on a regular basis.
