Setting the timer

Timer
The timer function stops distillation after a specified time.
1. Press Select (Fig. 6-1 (15)) until Set Time LED is lit.
2. Use the arrow buttons to set the required time.
The timer starts counting down when rotation is started by pressing the
Rot Start Stop (Fig. 6-1 (7)) or Auto Start Stop (Fig. 6-1 (3)) buttons. The
distillation is aborted when the set time has elapsed.

The system is aerated.

The rotation is switched off.

The lift is raised (Laborota 4003 control only).
30 seconds after distillation has been aborted, the preset time will be restored
to the memory.
The instrument responds with five acoustic signals and a flashing display when
a time is pre-programmed and rotation is started with the Rot Start Stop (Fig.
6-1 (7)) or Auto Start Stop (Fig. 6-1 (3)) buttons.
To switch between duration and timer functions during operation:
1. Press Select (Fig. 6-1 (15)) until Set Time LED is lit.
2. Use the arrow buttons (Fig. 6-1 (9)) to set the required time for the timer
function, or 0 to select the duration function.
Up to 9 different data records can be stored in memory.
Each data record contains the following parameters:

Pressure ramp if applicable
