If the system is equipped with the GSM module, it is possible to perform some actions remotely by send-
ing simple SMS to the phone number of the micro SIM inserted in the module.
Here below are described the actions that can be made and the related SMS format.
NOTE: The following messages can be composed using either lowercase and capital letters case.
ACTIVATE AN ARMING PROCEDURES
Depending on arming input mode you want to activate, the SMS format is as follows:
<User code>s0 or <User code>off
<User code>s1 or <User code>on
EN
<User code>s2 or <User code>p1
<User code>s3 or <User code>p2
Suppose, for example, you want to perform a total system arming with the user PIN of default (000001).
We must send an SMS to the control panel with the following text: 000001s1
The control panel will confirm the action by sending a reply SMS to the same number from which you
sent the request. The confirmation SMS format is: <input type> Done! If the arming was successfully per-
formed or <input type> Not Executed if it was not possible to perform the action.
To activate one of six programmable scenarios, the SMS format should be the following:
<User code> s <scenario number>
Let us suppose, for example, to activate the scenario 1 using the default user PIN (000001).
We must send an SMS to the central with the following text: 000001s4
The control panel will confirm the action by sending a reply SMS to the same number from which you
sent the request. The confirmation SMS format is: <scenario name> Done! if the scenario was
successfully executed or <scenario name> Not Executed if it could not be performed the action.
Through SMS you can check the control panel to know the status of arming. The format of the SMS
should be the following:
<User code> i
For example, with the default user PIN (000001), we must send an SMS to the control panel with the
following text: 000,001th
The device will answer to the same number with a text message containing the state of arming and, if
enabled the corresponding controls, the information about the remaining credit and the SIM expiration
date.
