PROGRAMMING AID / PANIC
The two-way remote controls (opera) can be programmed to be used as a remote request of aid. In
this case, regardless of the key pressed on the remote control, the same Aid/Panic signal is sent by the
control panel, causing the activation of the loop of communications.
The programming that must be configured to use this feature is described below.
• Move to "Remote control" option and press ENTER to confirm.
• Use the ARROW UP / DOWN keys to move to "Configuration" and confirm with ENTER.
• Select, from the list, the remote control you want to program and press ENTER.
• Once in the sub menu of the remote control, move to "Aid / Panic", press ENTER to enter editing
mode and use the ARROW UP / ARROW DOWN to enable this option. Finally, press ENTER to confirm.
• Then move the item "Pers 1. Action Pers 1." to associate the scenario that must be activated when
any of the remote control button is pressed. At this point, the scenario associated to the remote control
can be programmed to perform activations of outputs, voice calls, SMS sending and activation of arm-

MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMIZATION OF VOICE MESSAGES
The control panel has pre-recorded messages used during voice calls.
Depending on requirements, it is anyway possible to customize the messages.
• Enter the installer PIN to access the technical menu. By using the ARROW UP / ARROW DOWN, move
to "Programming" and press ENTER
• Use the ARROW UP / DOWN to move to the option "Voice Message", press ENTER to confirm.
• Now you can scroll the list of voice messages and choose what you want customize.
• Choose the message you want to customize and press the ENTER key to enter the
sub menu of the voice message management. This has three options: "Listen", "New Record" and
"Restore Default ".
• Select the "New Record" and start recording the new message talking in direction
of the keypad. To stop recording, press the ESC key.
• After recording, you can select "Play" to listen to the message just registered, or the "Restore
Default " to cancel the registration and set up the default pre-recorded voice message.
Depending on the programming, the system can be operated via the keypad on the panel, the wire-
less keypad or the different radio remote control compatible.
The following section shows how to manage the system by the keypad on the panel. Instead, for the
management via remote control or wireless keypad, refer to the corresponding manuals.
