To activate one of the four possible arming modes, you need to follow the steps below:
• Enter, while the keyboard is at rest, one of the programmed user code (default 000001)
• Press the key (1) Arming, the key (2) Partial arming 1, the key (3) partial arming 2 or key (0) Disarming.
• If the system is ready to arm, displays a success message.
If, however, there are some causes that prevent the insertion (for example violated sensors),
the display shows the system not ready message.
Pressing the ENTER button, it is possible to display the causes that prevent the insertion.
• If the cause that prevents the arming is one or more sensors violated, the arming can however be
forced excluding them one by one. To do this, simply press the ENTER key while displaying the sensors
that prevent the arming. Once excluding all violated sensors, by pressing the ENTER key, the arming is
forced. The sensors excluded at this stage will be included automatically when the system is disarmed.

If the keypad is embedded in the control panel :
1. It acts as a proximity reader (located on Ksenia logo)
2. The keypad is speaking type (select the desired language for the pre-recorded menu)
3. Integrated two-way audio (talking / listening)
4. Integrated Precision Temperature Sensor
After an alarm, the control panel starts the cycle of scheduled calls, activates the internal buzzer (un-
less disabled by the user) and activates the sirens programmed in the system. The cycle call follows the
logic described in the paragraph "Operation cycle of telephone calls" on Page 28. The acoustic signals
remain active throughout the cycle time which, if not customized by the installer, lasts 3 minutes.
At this stage you can check the sensor that caused the alarm from the keypad on the panel and from
the wireless keypad To do this, simply press the ENTER key on the keyboard in the rest state.
During an alarm, disarm the system if you want to immediately block the call cycle and the buzzer
After each alarm, the system will continue to notify the memory. This is cancelled automatically at the
next arming or it can be deleted manually by the user entering the main menu and resetting the alarms.
If occurs an event for which the communications have been programmed (for example an alarm), the
control panel starts the cycle of calls according to the criterion described below.
• The dialler starts calling the first number programmed.
• If the first contact does not answer or does not confirm the call, the communicator switches to the
next.
• After performing the cycle for all the numbers programmed in the Phone book, if no one
answered or the call is not confirmed, the communicator will make a new attempt starting again from
the first number programmed. The maximum number of attempts is 3.
• The voice message is repeated 2 times. The message needs to be heard at least once in full before
you can confirm the call by pressing the '*' or '#'.
• When a call is confirmed, the dialler stops the cycle.
• In the event that both the PSTN and GSM module are installed, 3 attempts are
carried out on both channels. The priority is always given to the PSTN, providing that any fault is detect-
ed on the line.
• If SMS sending is programmed (only available with GSM module), these messages are sent in parallel
with voice calls. Even in this case 3 attempts are made.
