3.5 Constant heart rate workout (CPR)

A constant heart rate workout is very important in situations where certain
heart rate levels have to be kept to. In constant heart rate workouts, the exercise
effort level is automatically adjusted to take the heart rate to the preselected
level and keep it constant throughout the entire exercise.
The chest band must be worn for this workout.
When in standby, press the
select goal
Press the key for the selected GOAL.
