Position yourself on the
saddle with your trunk
pressed firmly against
the backrest. Grasp the
handgrips placed on
the sides of the saddle.
When the pedal is
pushed all the way
forward, your leg must
be almost completely

Any other position,
such as using one foot
only, or not holding onto
the side handgrips, or
stretching
out
or
bending your legs too
much, can result in
instability
and/or
improper movement of
the limbs, leading to
pain in different parts of
the body.
