SLEEP MODE
•
If the machine is not in use or no keys have been pressed for 10 seconds the computer will turn off
the backlight and enter into power saving mode.
•
If the machine is not in use or no keys have been pressed for 30 seconds the computer will enter
into sleep mode.
•
During the power saving or sleep mode if the machine is used or key is pressed the system will wake
up and display the start up page.
USER MODES
•
When the machine is powering up the screen will display the start up page for five seconds then
QUICK/CUSTOM/DISTANCE/RACE, will be shown. The graphics and their content for each
program will cycle on the display.
•
If the user press is the start key directly, the program will operate in Quick Start mode.
•
The user can use the plus or minus keys to select the programs. When the user chooses the program
the graphics and characters of this program will be displayed on the screen.

QUICK START
•
When in the startup screen and you press START the machine will automatically start the Quick
Start program.
•
When on the startup screen if the user starts rowing the Quick Start program will start
automatically.
•
When exercising in Quick Start time, meters, strokes, watts, and calories will display with the
current value or total value.
•
When exercising use the plus or minus keys to change the different display options.
•
During exercise, the user can change resistance with the resistance knob to the right of the monitor.
CUSTOM PROGRAM
•
In the startup screen press the plus or minus buttons to select Custom Program, then press enter to
select.
•
SETTING TIME
After selecting the custom program press the enter key, the program will show the time value.
The default value is 20 minutes.
