RECOVERY PROGRAM
• If you press the recovery button in any program the program begins a one minute countdown and
detects the current heart rate.
• The program detects the heart rate once per second, when the actual heart rate cannot be detected the
display says no pulse.
• If no heart rate is detected within 10 seconds of pressing recovery button the program will pause and
then return to the start up screen.
• When in the recovery program if the user presses the stop key the program automatically jump out of
the recovery mode and return to the start up page.
RECOVERY RESULTS
• The calculated score of F1 .0 - F 6.0 is displayed on the screen.
• On the display under calories it will show the heart rate difference from the beginning heart rate to the
end heart rate. It will show your score of 1.0 - 6.0 for 10 seconds and return to the start up screen
