Chauffage électrique CTP pour modèles
GTW 11/15/18
- Le chauffage électrique CTP (accessoire) est
constitué d'éléments céramiques.
- La résistance ohmique du chauffage CTP croît
avec la température (CTP = Cœfficient de Tem-
pérature Positif) et exclue par principe toute élé-
vation anormale de température, y compris en
cas de défaillance du ventilateur.
- De plus, le chauffage CTP est auto-régulateur en
fonction de la température de reprise et du débit
d'air y compris avec filtres encrassés. La puis-
sance fournie varie en fonction de la tempéra-
ture et du débit d'air.

même pour le modèle GTW 18 T tri 400 V).
NOTA :
Le chauffage CTP est indispensable pour modèles RCF avec tem-
pérature extérieure < 0°C.

Les batteries de chauffage électrique dotées de ré-
sistances chauffantes sont protégées thermi-
quement contre toute élévation anormale de la tem-
pérature par deux thermostats à "sécurité positive"
(la destruction mécanique ou thermique du capil-
laire provoque la coupure définitive du chauffage) :
- un thermostat à réarmement automatique,
- un thermostat à réarmement manuel.
Pour les modèles réversibles un thermostat de ré-
gulation de température permet le déclenchement
du chauffage électrique venant alors en appoint
du chauffage thermodynamique.

PTC electric heating for
GTW 11/15/18
- The PTC electric heating (accessory) is made with
ceramics.
- The ohmic resistance of the PTC increases with
the temperature (PTC = Positive Temperature
Coefficient) and prevents, by principle, any
abnormal temperature rise, even in case of fan
failure.
- In addition, the PTC's is self controlled according
to air inlet temperature and air flow rate even in
case of clogged filters. The power supplied va-
ries depending on temperature and airflow.

PTC electric heating for GTW 24/30
The electric heating device provided with heating
element are thermically protected againt all
abnormal temperature elevation with two thermos-
tat wet "positive security" (definitive cut off the
electric heating through mechanical or thermal des-
truction of the capillary) :
- a thermostat with automatic reset,
- a thermostat with manual reset.
For the reverse models the electric heater is in ad-
dition to the heat pump heating, it is controlled by
a thermostat.
