STARTING THE CLEANING CYCLE

In order to make the most of the heat which is
already stored in the oven, thus saving energy:
Start a pyrolysis cycle immediately after cook-
ing.
Remove the accessories from the oven and re-
move any major spill residue.
Check that the programmer is displaying the
time of day and that it is not flashing. (fig.1).
Simply turn your cooking selector switch to
the
"Pyrolysis" position (fig.2).
The oven will be unavailable for use for
2 ½ hours (2 hours pyrolysis and 30 minutes
cooling). This length of time cannot be modi-
fied.
This time includes the cooling time until the
door can be unlocked.

END OF CLEANING CYCLE

The pyrolysis operation stops automatically,
at which time it is possible to open the door.
At the end of the pyrolysis cycle the display in-
dicates 0:00.
Return the function selector switch to the 0
position. (fig.3).
When the oven is cool, use a damp cloth to re-
move the white ashes. The oven is clean and
once again ready for the cooking application of
your choice.
Warning
Door locking comes into effect several minutes after the start of the cycle.
The pyrolysis operation stops automatically. Once the temperature cools to approximately
275°C, it is possible to open the door.
Warning
Do not hang a towel or cloth on the oven handle.
