the electrical outlet.
21. Remove the transparent lid.
22. Remove the ice cream container
from the appliance and carefully
pull the mixer out of the con-
tainer.
23. Transfer the ice cream to a suita-
ble container. Do not use sharp or
pointed objects for this; instead,
use a plastic or wooden spoon in
order not to damage the ice cream
container. We recommend using a
silicone dough scraper.
24. If desired, you can make more ice
cream right away. In this case,
start again with step number 1.
CLEANING AND CARE
Before cleaning, always turn
off the appliance, unplug it
from the electrical outlet and
allow the appliance to cool.

Never clean the appliance with or
under water or other liquids. It is
especially important to keep the
motor and the compressor from
coming into contact with water.

Do not use harsh or abrasive
cleaners.

25. Tip: If you make fruit ice cream
or sorbet, remove the ice cream
container as soon as the pro-
gram is finished, transfer the ice
cream to a container suitable for
freezing and put this container in
the freezer so that the ice cream
freezes completely. Otherwise,
this ice cream may be slightly soft
inside, even if it is firmly frozen
on the outside.
26. If you do not wish to make more
ice cream, switch the appliance
off with the POWER switch and
unplug it from the electrical out-
let.

The removable parts can be
cleaned in warm water with mild
dishwashing
parts are not dishwasher-safe.
4.
Wipe off the compressor housing
with a damp cloth.
5.
Dry all parts thoroughly with a soft
cloth before reassembly.
