After use
3.6.1
Removing the respiratory filter or lung demand valve

Unscrew the respiratory filter or lung demand valve.
PE
Unscrew the lung demand valve.
Unscrew the respiratory filter or press the buttons on the
ESA
lung demand valve and at the same time pull the lung
demand valve out of the connector.
Press the button (Figure A3-25 on Page 3) and at the

same time pull the lung demand valve out of the
connector.
3.6.2
Removing the facepiece
1. Push the adjuster buckles of the neck straps forward
with your thumb and loosen the straps (Figure E on

Page 3).

2. Pull the full face mask away from your face and over
your head.

To prevent damage, do not pull the connector.
Mask/helmet
1. Pull both mask/helmet adapters evenly to the rear,

then flip them away from the helmet.

2. Remove the facepiece.
H61 (S-fix)
1. Pull both mask/helmet adapters slightly forward.

2. Press and hold the press studs of both mask/

3. Pull both mask/helmet adapters evenly to the rear,

then flip them away from the helmet.
4. Remove the facepiece.
