Important Safety Instructions
Put the unit on non-slip floor. It should not be
swinging.
Make sure that the plate voltage corresponds with the
actual voltage. Plug it only than.

Do not brake the diamond disc with lateral pressure
Unplug the unit when replacing the disc
Use suitable diamond discs. Use the thickness of the
splitting wedge.

Fit he saw disc holder on by the figure .

Diamond disc assembly
a)
Put the flange to held the diamond disc on the driving
shaft
b)
Put the diamond disc on the flange. Min the rotation
direction while doing that, see the figure.
c)
Slide on the outer flange and screw on the whole.

Fix the saw disc cover to the holder.
2.
Attach the lower body with screws.
3.
Mount on the stop bar with clamps and fix it in the
required position on the table with a lock screw

Loosen the lock screws and put the worktable at a
required inclination.

Before starting the job, tighten it well
PRCD – Portable Residual Current Device
Before plugging into the socket, observe the arrow
on the PRCD safety switch. This arrow indicates in
which position the PRCD switch should be
connected.
After plugging in, it is necessary to press the "reset"
button.
Once a month, it is necessary to check the PRCD
switch's functioning by pressing the "Test" button.
Should the PRCD switch not hook up (the device
must not be under voltage), it is not allowed to use
the device and the PRCD safety switch has to be
replaced!
Diamond Disc Replacement
The procedure of replacing the worn disc is as follows:
1.
Unplug the unit.
2.
Remove the tray.
3.
Loosen up the screws of the body and take the body
off.
4.
Loosen the screw
5.
Pull out the old diamond disc and slide the new one
on the flange and on the opposite flange.
6.
Tighten the screw again and screw on the body.
Caution: Only smooth discs may be used in the
machine, as the toothed ones are very dangerous to
operate. The unit is suited for home conditions only, in
dry rooms.
