Check the internal and external plating for damage.
Check the sealant beads for splitting.
Check if the doors/hatches are closed before starting.
Check the earthing is according to guidelines.
Check if the battery or batteries are connected correctly.
Check if the battery or batteries are not leaking.
Check the correct functioning of frost thermostat (if present).
Check the bent fins of the drip catcher (not shifted).
Check if the siphon(s ) are open and connected correctly.
Check if there are no obstacles or loose objects sitting in the unit.
Check the connection of the operating switch.
Check the lock of the operating switch.
II Maintenance log
2 or 3 months after installation:

(functioning, soiling and leakage).
Check the leakage trays (soiling and functioning).
Check the drip collectors (soiling and functioning).
Check the plate exchanger (soiling).
