g) Switching on the Speed Controller
Switch on the speed controller by moving the slider (see figure in chapter 9. f) into the "ON" position. Then wait for a
few seconds (leave the throttle/brake lever on the transmitter in the neutral position; do not move it) until the speed
controller has completed its self-test.
When switching on, the red and green LEDs will briefly light up together and the motor will emit a beep (the
beep is produced by a brief activation of the motor by the speed controller).
Then the green LED, the red LED and again the green LED will light up in quick succession. A sound melody
"Di-Be-Du" will be issued by the motor.
If the speed controller emits any other flashing or sound signals, observe chapter 10. d).
Now check the drive and steering functions of the vehicle.
h) Attaching and Fastening the Car Body
Now put the car body on the holders and fasten the vehicle panelling with the safety clips removed at the start.
