3.2 Indication EMV
The electric wire rope winch with control is designed for industry.
The winch has to be switched at max. 5 times/minute to accomplish the standards for electromagnetic
emissions EN DIN 50081-2).
EMV proceedings (filter) have to be carried out if the winch has to be switched more than 5 times/mi-
nute or by using other electronic switching circuits (on site or delivered as option).
3.3 Connection to three-phase network
The connecting plan integrated in the motor terminal box has to be observed.

Attention
When connecting the winch to a three-phase network U=440÷460V,
the bridge of the transformer has to be switched from A÷B to B÷C!
Winches with 1 wire rope speed for single-phase AC
f=50 Hz: 220÷240 V single-phase AC

Operating voltage 24 V, 50 Hz
For supply of the control current circuit, a transformer with galvanic separation must be used (pro-
vided in Pfaff-silberblau controls).
In any case, an easily accessible emergency stop push-button (switch) has to be provided. (provided
in Pfaff-silberblau controls, different designs)
3.5 Emergency-stop switch
An emergency shut-off switch must be located at each control point and must be quickly and easily ac-
cessible. Where necessary, there must also be an additional device for emergency stop, like f. e
around an unprotected winch.
