Conditions for returns
DANGER!
Information about sending pumps to Customer Service.
Note that our Customer Service department will accept delivery only of
parts and pumps that are clean, have been flushed with water and are free
from metering agents.
Always thoroughly clean all parts before returning parts and pumps.
Please also pack the returned goods in a suitable bag to prevent residual
moisture from leaking into the surrounding packaging.
Together with the returned pump, please include a copy of the product data
sheet for the metered chemical being used so that our service employees
can use the required PPE when working with the pump.
CAUTION!
Before returning devices and system components, they must be
completely cleaned of chemicals inside and outside!
Product-carrying lines and components must be flushed with sufficient
water to prevent the risk of injury to the personnel from chemical products.

Fill in all the details and follow the navigation.
The following documents must be completed:
– Returns form
– Request the form from Ecolab.
– Fill out the form correctly and in full.
– Fill out the clearance form.
– Send both in advance by fax: (+49 8662 61-258)
– System components:
– Free of all impurities (rinsed).
– In plastic packaging in cardboard to avoid leaks in the rinsing water.
– Cartons:
– Addressed to
– The word "REPAIR" must be written on a sticker or in clear
