Mind conditions of the environment you
work in . Do not use electrical tools and
instruments in moisture and wet conditions
Provide for adequate lighting. Do not
expose the electrical tools to rain or high
atmospheric humidity So not connect
electrical tool in the vicinity of flammable
liquids or gases.

Do not let strangers close to the
machine. Visitors, viewers, children, the
sick and the infirm persons should be kept
at a safe distance from the workplace.
Make provision for the tools storage.

The machines not in current use should be
kept in a dry place, elevated or locked
where practicable so that any access to
them is prevented
1. Always use a correct tool for the job to
be done. E.g. avoid using small tools and
accessories for work that should be actually
done with a heavy tool. Use the tools only
for the purposes they were designed for. Do
not overload the unit
Mind the supply cable. Do not pull it. Do

not use it to unplug. Keep the power cable
off the reach of any source of heat, oil and
sharp edges.
•
Avoid unintentional switching on. Before
plugging in, make sure to see that the on
the switch, the unit is off.

Use only special extension cables when
working outdoors. Special extension
cables are needed for the outdoor use,
marked in a corresponding way.

Always be attentive to your doings.
Follow common sense at work. Do not use
the electrical tools when feeling tired.

Watch out for any damaged parts.
Inspect the machine before use. Are any
parts damaged? If the damage is not
serious, consider carefully whether the unit
is still able to work safely and perfectly.

Prevent electrical shock. Forego any
bodily contact with grounded pieces such
as water piping, heating radiators, cookers
and refrigerators.
•
Use approved parts only. For
maintenance and repairs, use genuine
spares. For the purpose, contact an
authorised servicing centre.
•
Warning! Using accessories and extension
pieces not expressly recommended in this
operating manual may result in a threat to persons
and property.
Initial Operation Safety Instructions
•
Always unplug the unit before any adjustment and
maintenance.
•
Children are not allowed to use the machine.
•
After removing the packaging, check the unit to
see whether all its parts are in perfect condition.
Always wear goggles or eye protection and ear
protectors. Never aim at your body or somebody
else's or animals with the compressed air stream
Foreign objects may acquire considerable speed
and cause serious injuries.
•
Always use devices of electrical shock
protection
Do not use the compressor in the vicinity of water or
in wet conditions.
•
Compressor shutdown
Unplug the compressor. Remove the pressure from
the air tank before any repairs, revisions,
maintenance cleaning or replacement of parts
•
Unintentional switching on
Do not transport the compressor of connected to the
source or if the air tank is under the pressure. Make
sure that the pick-up element switch is OFF before
connecting the unit to the source
•

Work clothing
Do not wear loose clothing or jewels as they may be
caught by structural parts.

Compressor careful maintenance
Follow the lubrication instructions (not applicable to oil-
free compressors). Check the power cable at regular
intervals. If damaged, a customer service centre should
repair it/replace it. Make sure that the external part of
compressor is free of any visible damages. If necessary,
contact the nearest customer service centre.
•
Outdoor use
If the compressor is used for jobs to be done outdoors,
only the outdoor-specific extension electrical cables
designated accordingly should be used. Notice: always
use a cable of sufficient cross-section (min. 1,5
mm), with cables longer than 10 m; running-up
difficulties may be experienced when the outdoor
temperatures are bad.
