HANDLING
Before moving the unit, examine the si-
zes, weights, centre of gravity and lifting
points, then check that the equipment
for lifting and positioning is suitable and
complies with safety regulations cur-
rently in force.
Particular attention must be paid to
all the loading, unloading and lifting
operations so as to avoid hazardous
situations for people and damage to
the frame and operational parts of the
machine.
Under no circumstances may objects
be placed on top of the unit.
Personnel engaged in handling the
machine must wear proper protective
clothing and devices.
Under no circumstances may anybody
or anything stop under the unit even
briefly.
- Make sure that the ropes are of a
type approved for bearing the weight
of the unit. Make sure that they are

- The hook point on the support frame
must be on the vertical barycentric
piece. The centre of gravity axes are
shown on the sticker applied to the
base.
During lifting, you are advised to fit an-
tivibrational bearings to the holes 20
mm in diameter on the base unit in ac-
cordance with the mounting schematic
supplied with the accessories (VT-AVX).

POSITIONING
The machines in the NRA series must
be installed externally in a suitable area
with enough space for their use and
maintenance.
This is essential to allow for ordinary
and extraordinary maintenance and
operation
as the device has to take in air from ou-
tside along the sides and expel it upwar-
ds. For
fo the unit to work properly, it must be

installed on a perfectly level surface.
Make sure that the surface the machi-
ne stands on can bear its weight.
The device is made of galvanised steel
sheet and is hot painted with polyester
powders to withstand atmospheric
agents. This means that no particular
measures have to be taken to protect
the unit.
If the machine is to be placed in a par-
ticularly windy position, wind breaks
must be provided to avoid the DCPX
operating under unstable conditions.
NOTE:
The unit must be installed in
such a way as to enable maintenance
and/or repair operations to be car-
ried out.
The cost of motorised ladders, scaf-
folding or any other lifting systems
necessary for carrying out the opera-
tions covered by the warranty, is not
included in the warranty.
The inner diameter of the
lifting holes on the flange is
40 mm
