7.3 Telephone book

If you want to dial a number in the telephone book you must first start the voice control system by
pressing button
Fig. 1
The first telephone book entries are displayed on the screen after the telephone book has started. Use
the Next, Next page, Previous and Previous page voice commands to page through the telephone book.
Once you are in the telephone book you can use the Fast search voice command to skip to a specific
initial letter in the telephone book. A list starting with the initial letter that numbers can be called from
will then be displayed on the screen. Say the relevant letter out loud to skip to another initial letter in the
telephone book.
Use the Play list voice command to have the telephone book entries read out. It will start with the first
telephone book entry that is displayed on the screen. You can use the Repeat voice command during the
reading process to have the last entry read out again and you can then use the Stop voice command to
stop the reading process.
The list entries can be selected by speaking the displayed number (1-6) out loud.
Use the Dial voice command to establish the connection for the selected telephone number. If several
call numbers have been assigned to a telephone book entry you will be asked which call number should
be dialled before the connection is established, e.g. Home or Mobile.
Alternatively you can open the selected telephone book entry using the Select voice command. All of the
call numbers saved under the open telephone book entry will then be displayed. Any entry stored on the
mobile telephone's SIM card that is also assigned to this specific telephone book entry will be displayed
as well (dependant on the mobile telephone itself). Establishing the connections with all of the displayed
entries can be started by using the relevant voice command, e.g. Home or SIM. Give the Number voice
command and all of the existing telephone book entries will be read out or say Voicetag to hear the saved
voice commands or use one (see Chapter 6.1 Voice command).
7.4 Call redial
The Redial voice command starts the establishment of a new connection with the last number that was
dialled.

7.5 Call lists

Use the Call lists voice command to go to a menu from which you can use the Dialled calls,
Received calls and Missed calls voice commands to call up the associated lists.
You can then page through, skip or have the list that you have called up read out. Operating the system
is the same as described in the telephone book section in  Chapter 6.3 Telephone book.

7.6 Text messages

You can display or have read out the saved text messages from this menu. Use the Messages voice
command to go to a menu from which you can use the All messages and New messages voice
commands to call up the associated lists. The sender of the text message will be indicated in the list and
the message can be selected by saying the displayed number out loud (1-6). The text message will then
be displayed on the screen and read out. You can use the Dial sender voice command to call the sender's
number from the open text message.
You can use the Read new message voice command to open text messages that have not yet been read
from the voice control main menu without having to call up the text messages menu beforehand.
Note
The text messages will be transferred to the hands-free device from the telephone and SIM card after
®
the Bluetooth
connection has been established and saved in the device. You can save up to 100 text
messages. This is why we recommend that old text messages should be deleted in a regular basis.
This will ensure that the newest text messages are always displayed on the screen.
