Installation of the valve

May be installed in any position, but preferably with the drive unit above. Self-emptying for an angle of 15° to 30° between the drive
axis and the horizontal.
Observe the flow direction (general rule for control valves: flow input under seat!)
Clean the piping of contamination!
Before connecting the valve housing, take care that piping is aligned!
In the case of weld-on housings, be sure to remove the drive unit before welding.
Procedure:
1. Remove the electrical and pneumatic supplies from the Top Control.
2. Place the drive unit onto the housing and lightly tighten the housing screws over the diagonal unit the diaphragm lies in
contact between the housing and the drive unit.
Pull off the pneumatic hose between Top Control and drive unit at control connection of drive unit.

4.1 In the case of control function A, pressurize the lower control connection of the drive unit with compressed air (5 to 7 bar)
twice and relieve again so that the valve switches. Then tighten the housing screws without control pressure to the nominal
torque given below.
4.2 In the case of control function B, pressurize the upper control connection of the drive unit with compressed air and switch
the valve twice. Thighten the hosuing scres with applied control pressure to the nominal torque given below.
