Use of the fryer

5.2 Use of the control panel
Plug into the power supply and press the green switch to activate the
appliance.
To select the required frying temperature, turn the knob in a clockwise direction,
the amber neon will indicate that the heating elements are working. Once the
temperature is reached the amber neon will extinguish.
Shut down the fryer:
- turn the temperature selector into the "0" position;
- press the green switch to turn off the fryer.
-switch off and disconnect the appliance at the mains.
