After connection of the fryer to the supply network, the control panel must be
initialized by pressing the red "Reset" button.
Press the "ON" Button to activate the control panel.
The green LED light indicates that the control panel is ready for further input.
The „Standby" position is also the fat melting cycle (FMC). This position allows
to slow heat up to 60°C. The heating element switches on and off during this
cycle in order to melt fat, to heat up fat and oil without smoke and increase the
lifetime of the fat and oil.
The amber LED „Heating phase‟ is flashing during the FMC mode.
The LED becomes stable as soon as the end temperature is
reached.
