5.2 Safety thermostat
This appliance is fitted with a safety thermostat to cut off the power in the event of a fault. If
the elements do not heat, you may need to reset the safety thermostat. Open the door and
next to the drain valve is a round hole. At the top of the hole there is a red button, press this
button to reset the safety thermostat. The fryer must be cool before the safety thermostat can
be reset.
