4. QUICK COMMISSIONING

4.1. Powering on the installation - Fig. 16

Danger
Connect the power supply cable to a socket provided for this pur-
pose and which complies with the electrical requirements.
Connect the drive to the mains, and power on the installation.
The integrated lighting flashes 3 times and the "POWER" indicator light
flashes slowly.
4.2. Memorising the Keygo io remote controls for

complete opening mode - Fig. 17

If this procedure is carried out using a channel which has already been
memorised, this channel will be cleared.
1) Press the "PROG" button for 2 s.
The integrated lighting and "PROG" indicator light are lit constantly.
2) Press the outer le and right buttons on the remote control
simultaneously until the indicator light flashes.
3) Press the button on the remote control which will open the door fully..
The integrated lighting and "PROG" indicator light flash for 5 s.
The remote control has been memorised.

4.3. Door type parameter setting - Fig. 18

The default parameter Px (door type) is sectional.
Px Door type
Values 1: Sectional
2: Side
3: Up-and-over
If the drive is installed on an up-and-over or side door, change the value of
parameter Px following the instructions in chapter 7.1 Using the program-
ming interface - Fig. 30.

4.4. Auto-programming the door travel

Auto-programming allows the door's speed, maximum torque and
slowdown zones to be adjusted.
NB
• Auto-programming is a mandatory step in commissioning the
drive.
• During auto-programming, the obstacle detection function is not
active. Remove any objects or obstacles, and do not allow any
persons near or inside the operating range of the drive.
• During auto-programming, pressing the "SET", "+" or "-" button
interrupts auto-programming.
• During auto-programming, the safety inputs are active.
• During auto-programming, the radio controls are inactive.
The opening and closing slowing zones are set to a default distance of
about 20 cm.
The gate must not encounter any resistance point in the slowing zone.
NB
Once installation is complete, it is essential to check that the
obstacle detection system complies with Annex A of the standard
EN 12 453.

4.4.1. Auto-programming a sectional or up-and-over
garage door - Fig. 19A
1) Press and hold the "SET" button for 2 s.
The "POWER" indicator light flashes quickly.
2) Control the motor with button "+" or "-" so that the transmission shuttle
is engaged on the carriage then bring the door to the closed position.
3) Adjust the closed position using the "+" or "-" button.
4) Press the "SET" button to start auto-programming:
• The door opens at reduced speed.
• The door closes at nominal speed, then reduced speed until it
reaches the closed position (until reaching a force of 400 N).
• The door opens at nominal speed then reduced speed until it reaches
the open position.
• The door closes at nominal speed, then reduced speed until it
reaches the closed position (until reaching a force of 400 N).
Programming is complete. The "POWER" indicator is permanently lit.
4.4.2. Auto-programming a side garage door - Fig. 19B
The door position at the end of auto-programming may be different
from the initial position.
Check the motor rotation direction
1) Press and hold the "SET" button for 2 s.
The "POWER" indicator light flashes quickly.
2) Control the motor with button "+" or "-" so that the transmission shuttle
is engaged on the carriage then bring the door to the closed position.
3) Press and hold the "+" button to open the door.
If the door closes, press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously. The
operating directing is reversed.
Start auto-programming
4) Adjust the closed position using the "+" or "-" button.
5) Press the "SET" button to start auto-programming:
• The door opens at reduced speed.
• The door closes at nominal speed then reduced speed until it
reaches the closed position.
• The door opens at nominal speed then reduced speed until it reaches
the open position.
• The door closes at nominal speed then reduced speed until it
reaches the closed position.
Programming is complete. The "POWER" indicator is permanently lit.

5. OPERATING TEST

5.1. Complete opening mode - Fig. 20

5.2. Obstacle detection operation

• Obstacle detection when closing = stop + complete reopening.
• Obstacle detection when opening = stop + reversal.

5.3. Photoelectric cells operation

• Cells obscured when opening = the state of the cells is disregarded,
and the door continues to move.
• Cells obscured when closing = stop + complete reopening.

5.4. Gate contact operation

• Activation of the gate contact when closing = stop
• Activation of the gate contact when opening = stop
