If an acoustic signal would be inappropriate at the installation
site in question, an alarm signal can be relayed via the poten-
tial-free contact. The maximum load for the change-over con-
tact of the collective error is 3 A, 250 V AC.
OPERATION
The operator of the system must ensure that all accident pre-
vention regulations (VBG 16 in Germany) applicable for the sys-
tem are adhered to by operating and maintenance personnel.
Please also observe any relevant advice given in the compres-
sor manual.
Before using for the first time, the transport securing devices
must be removed from the compressor.
Check the oil level in the compressor and lock the castors.
Automatic operation
Automatic operation is the normal operating mode of the unit.
The flushing time and flushing intervals depend upon the di-
ameter of the wastewater pipe and the system pressure.
Manual operation
"Handmodus" can be selected in the main menu of the con-
trol. In this mode, individual components and functions can be
switched on and off.
Shutting down
In manual mode, all components can be made "inactive", but
they are still connected to the power supply.
WARNING!
Before carrying out any repair and maintenance work on the
system, the system must be disconnected from the power sup-
ply (main switch). It is not sufficient to just switch it to an "inac-
tive" state.
Inspection
To maintain operational reliability, carry out a visual inspection
of the unit, including the pipe connections, once a month.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Before carrying out any work, pull out the mains plug and en-
sure that the power supply to the unit cannot be switched on
again by anyone else.
WARNING!
Check the plug and the mains cable for signs of mechanical
and chemical damage. Damaged or kinked hoses must be re-
placed by the manufacturer.
Non-return valves in the compressor unit must be replaced
every 2 years.
The system must be serviced once a year. It is important that
the servicing intervals for the compressor (as specified in the
compressor manual) are adhered to.
To ensure continued reliability of service, we recommend that
you take out a service contract.

The system is configured via the control display.
The menu items, settings and values are selected with the "ar-
row buttons" ▲ ▼ and confirmed by pressing the -OK- button.
Use the -ESC- button to exit the menu.
