B. Hazard and Warning
Information
Only intended for indoor use. The unit is
only designed for dry applications and may
not be operated or stored outdoors or un-
der wet conditions.
The unit may only be operated with a power
cord equipped with a plug appropriate to
the local power supply.
Before commissioning, compare the in-
formation on the nameplate with den the
specifications of your local mains power
supply.
Regularly inspect connecting lines and ho-
ses (e.g., the power cord) for damage (e.g.,
kinks, cracks, porosity) or signs of aging.
Units exhibiting damaged connecting lines,
hoses, or other defects must be taken out
of service immediately.
Portable and mobile communication de-
vices (e.g. cell phones) can affect the func-
tioning of the unit.
The unit must not be placed directly next to
other pieces of electrical equipment. If this
is unavoidable, the unit and the other items
of electrical equipment should be checked
to rule out any malfunctioning caused by
electromagnetic interference.
Always unplug the unit from the wall outlet
before beginning any work on the unit's
electrical components.
Do not allow the unit to be operated without
supervision.
Note any hazard or warning information
provided by the material manufacturer.
Do not operate in an explosion-prone area.
It is the responsibility of the operator that
national regulations during operation and
regarding a repeated safety inspection of
electrical equipment are complied with.
For Germany these are MPBetreibV in relati-
on with DIN EN 62353 (VDE0751).
Only spare parts and accessories supplied
or authorized by Renfert GmbH may be
used with this product. If other spare parts
or accessories are used, this could have a
detrimental effect on the safety of the de-
vice, increase the risk of serious injury and
lead to damage to the environment or the
device itself.
C. Authorised Individuals
This product may not be used by minors under the age
of 14.
Only properly trained individuals may operate and
service the unit.
Any repairs not specifically described in these opera-
ting instructions may only be performed by a qualified
electrician.
D. Preparations Prior to
Starting
Before operating the unit, make sure the
voltage information on the nameplate
corresponds to your local power supply.
E. Maintenance / Repair
Repairs may only be performed by qualified electricians
or authorized dealers.
F. Disposal Information
F.1 Disposing of Consumables
Empty cartridges and tubular bags as well as used
mixing nozzles must be disposed of in accordance with
the manufacturer's instructions.
F.2 Instrument Disposal
The instrument must be disposed of by a specialist
facility. This specialist facility must be informed of any
hazardous residue in the instrument.
