NOTE!
To reduce calcium deposits in the cooking
chamber, use filtered water!
NOTE!
Check the level of water in the glass container, and add water as needed.
After inserting the water hose the glass container pump begins to function and water is
sprayed into the cooking chamber.
All units with the spray button mentioned above use the heating ventilator fan to spray
water, which causes steam to form in the cooking chamber.
The humidity function may only be used in individual points.
Humidity is dependent on the type of food product being prepared.
NOTE!
Press the spray button for only a short moment, otherwise excess water will
gather at the bottom of the convection oven.
The steam dial automatically controls spraying in the following
models: 206.775, 206.780, 106.796.
Set the steam dial to the desired position. To achieve best baking / cooking results, the
intensity of steam can be controlled using the steam dial.
Convection oven 205.777 is equipped with a water reservoir which is located at the top
of the unit and is used for humidity.
Fill the reservoir with water. Open the water flow by turning the lever counter-clockwise
(see the image above – open flow).
