5.3 Operating

Cooking in a convection oven
Cooking in a convection oven take places via the recirculation of hot air inside the unit.
This allows for even cooking by uniform temperature distribution.
An advantage of a convection oven is the fact that various types of food products can be
prepared at the same time (if the cooking temperature is the same), without risking a mix
of different flavours.

Preparing the unit

Prior to first use, wash the unit (see 6.2 „Cleaning").
Prior to use it is necessary to heat the empty unit. Set the timer to 60 minutes and
the temperature at 290 ° C.
If the unit is being heated for the first time, ensure it is in a well-ventilated area.
NOTE!
Prior to each use, pre-heat the convection oven well in order to ensure even
cooking / baking.
NOTE!
It is especially important to pre-heat the convection oven when baking cakes.
To turn the unit on, turn the timer to the right and set the desired cooking time.
Using the temperature control dial, set the desired temperature.
By turning the timer, the unit is placed into operating mode. The timer is used to set
the cooking time, the control light comes on at the set time and the internal lighting
comes on.
Cooking time can be set from 0 to 60 minutes.
The timer may be set for continuous use, by turning it to the left to a position
